Yes, when filling out the delivery details for your order to a DHL Packstation, you will need to provide your DHL PostNumber and the DHL Packstation you have chosen as the delivery address, in addition to your first and last name.

All our orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in to your customer account. If you see any progress, please let us know via our messenger.

If you are returning a package to us, the products must be in perfect condition, unworn, and unwashed. We do not accept unpaid packages. You can log into your customer portal, find the correct order, and manage your return easily.
