What payment methods are offered?

You can purchase from us via PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna purchase on account.

How do I get my money back?

If you don't like one of our products, you can send it back to us. After checking your return, we will immediately send you your money back via the payment method you selected.

DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?

Your order will usually arrive within 2-5 working days. On days like Black Friday or during the Christmas season, there may be delays due to the high volume of parcels in our logistics or through DHL. We ask for your understanding.

Is the delivery free of shipping costs?

Yes, delivery is usually free. If the order value is less than €30 due to promotions, we charge €3.80.

Can my order also be delivered to a packing station?

Yes, when you fill out the delivery details for your order to a DHL Packstation, it is necessary that you enter the PostNumber (your DHL Packstation customer number) and the DHL Packstation you have chosen as an alternative delivery address in addition to your first and last name.

Where is my order?

Our orders are always sent with tracking. You will receive the tracking link with your shipping confirmation email.

RETURN

How can I return the order?

If you send a package back to us, the products must be in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed. We do not accept packages that are not prepaid. You can log into your customer portal, find the right order and process it easily. Otherwise, you can click here if you already have your order number to hand.

Is the return free?

Since we offer free shipping for orders over 30€, you will have to cover the return shipping costs yourself. Please contact the respective shipping service provider for more information.
